BostInno’s annual 50 on Fire comes back on December 4, and the list of nominees continues to grow by the day. As is the case every year, we want to ensure that everyone (both companies and individuals) who have been dominating in The Hub are involved. Nominations are open until September 30, so make sure you make your voice heard in the process. In case you’re curious, here’s where you can nominate. Keep in mind that there are numerous worthy nominees who, over the past year in Boston, have displayed all of the qualities that we associate with being “on fire.” Still, just to get the ball rolling, the BostInno sports and fitness sections – that’s Caroline and Hayden, to you – decided to pick a handful of the names that should be seen on the final list. Here are some worthy selections:

Caroline’s Fitness Picks

Christina Lodde: Flywheel Sports indoor cycling instructor & Barry’s Bootcamp instructor. Full-time fitness professional.

Fancred: A social media platform for sports fans, where even Jaguars fans can congregate (and cry on each other’s shoulders, most likely).

Draftkings: The perpetually growing daily fantasy site, which has really tapped into the market of fantasy gamers who may or may not have short attention spans.

CoachUp: They’re leading the charge in the private coaching industry, and made multiple demographics swoon by producing a one-minute video from their newest endorser: Julian Edelman.

Julian Edelman: Speaking of the Patriots receiver, he’s been absolutely crushing the game both on and off the field. This is more than merely a reference to the shirt inception battle he had with Gronk.
