Network

For the first time ever, the iPhone will have LTE capabilities. This means that the iPhone 5 will be able to download files over twice as fast as the next-fastest network. In addition, owners will now be able to FaceTime on the go, not just on WiFi.

Processor

The new A6 processor is up to twice as fast as the previous A5. This faster CPU means better graphics, better gaming, more seamless integration, and greatly improved battery life.

Display

The iPhone 5 features a 4-inch diagonal Retina display with unprecedented pixel concentration (326 ppi) and multi-touch capabilities. It also even boasts a finger-print reistent coating.

Camera

The all-new 8 megapixel iSight camera on the back of the phone is sure to please photo junkies. It offers panorama capabilities, autofocus, and 1080p HD recording. The front-facing camera was upgraded as well. It can take 1.2MP photos and record at 720p HD.

With a lithium-ion battery, the iPhone 5 pulls 8 hours of 3G talk time, a whopping 225 hours of standby time, 8 hours of internet use on 3G and 4G, 10 hours of video playback, and 40 hours of audio.
