docTrackr, a 2012 Boston TechStars graduate working on a system that offers more robust control over shared documents, has officially launched today. The company also announced that it has raised $2 million in seed funding led by Atlas Venture and Polaris Venture Partners, along with Common Angels and some other angel investors, according to Techcrunch.

The idea here is to allow more granular control over who can read, edit, and print documents in formats like PDF or Office, as well as to track all those activities.

The company has a presence in Cambridge, Paris, and Bucharest, Romania.
