If you’ve ever spilled hot coffee on yourself, you know that it’ll make you stop whatever you’re doing, shriek in pain and, of course, force you to change your pants.

So it’s only logical that when the Dunkin’ Donuts you’re working at gets robbed, you stop the thief by pouring hot coffee on him.

On Saturday in West Haven, Connecticut, a man tried to climb through a drive-thru window of a Dunkin’ Donuts after an employee refused to make change for his $100 bill. Thinking quick, the brave Dunkin’ employee threw a pot of hot coffee in the man’s face.

The employee, called Angelica, told NBC Connecticut the following:

“I did see his coffee that I made him, so I looked at (it) quick, threw him the first one. Looked at the pots of coffee and threw the pot of coffee at him.  That’s when he started running into his truck and then he left, and I said, ‘Go run on Dunkin.'”

Someone give this woman employee of the year. And a raise.

Thanks to her, “Go run on Dunkin'” is the new “Go f*ck yourself,” am I right?
