The Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3) kicks off today at 12pm PT/3pm ET for a complete showcase of what popular video game manufacturers have to offer loyal gamers everywhere. The big news at E3 this year are the dueling next-generation consoles from Microsoft and Sony, the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Gaming giants like Activision Blizzard, Electronics Arts, Ubisoft, Sega, and many others will all have games on display, hoping to get a piece of the Xbox One-PlayStation 4 rivalry action. For those unable to attend or without other means of spectating, here’s a live stream E3 to find out what games will be released and when.

Nintendo released a number of games at its press conference hours before E3 began, hoping to quietly announce its line of rebooted series and popular characters without drawing too much attention. Plagued by poop quarterly earnings, Nintendo needs to go back to the drawing board and conceive a plan that doesn’t have them competing with the likes of the Xbox One or PS4, but rather create games that it knows people love and will continue to play.

As for the aforementioned game creating giants, each one is poised to announce the latest installments of their respective franchises with a few new ones sprinkled in.

Ubisoft is looking to release its Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, which will launch on virtually every console available, after calling PlayStation 4 “a perfect jewel” back in early May before anyone so much as saw a leaked image of the console. We won’t know for sure, though, until the expected November release of the PS4.

Activision, gaming publisher of the best-selling Call of Duty franchise, will look to unveil its next C.O.D. game Call of Duty: Ghosts similarly in November. At the Xbox One Reveal event back in late May, those in attendance got a sneak peak of Ghosts, which has a storyline written by Oscar Winning Screenwriter Stephen Gaghan. Look for an all new cast– an accompanying German Shepherd perhaps?–and plenty of non-pixelated, eye-popping graphics.

EA DICE will be releasing Battlefield 4; while EA Sports will release FIFA 14Madden 25NBA Live 14, and NHL 14. Be sure to tune into our live stream about to hear the latest gaming developments from E3 and in the meantime, let us know which games you’re looking forward to seeing the most.
