Speculations abound as to how much snow will accumulate in New England and Boston in particular due to Winter Storm Hercules. And while we might hope in angst that the weatherpersons and meteorologists were had by Boston’s notorious fickle weather, it looks like all of there estimates are falling short. The National Weather Service‘s (NWS) latest graphics suggest that more snow, wind gusts, and frigid temperatures are on the way.

According to the most recent update by the NWS, the 10 to 14 inch snow totals will fall short of the current 14 to 18 inch assessment that will be dumped on The Hub.
