Valentine’s Day is a polarizing holiday. Some people love an excuse to shower their significant other in chocolates, treat themselves to a fancy dinner, and remember what they like best about one another. Others see through the veil of affection and view V-Day as an excuse to feed money to Hallmark and other corporations. But, whatever you feel about February 14, you have to have some opinion about it. And sharing that opinion can win you a dinner for two.

Taxi-hailing app Hailo is asking people in cities everywhere to voice their thoughts on Valentine’s Day with their newest campaign, Hailo Love. The team at Hailo is asking “Is Valentine’s Day really a big deal?” and if you tweet back at them (@Hailo) with the one of the possible answers – #HailYes, #HailNo or #WhoTheHailCares – you’re entered to win a Valentine’s Day dinner for two, plus free rides to and from with Hailo.

Through the contest, Hailo plans to find out how Boston really feels about Valentine’s Day, so if you have a strong opinion, speak up – and you could win a dinner for two.

Next week, Hailo will release the results, and name the winner, and we’ll be able to figure out how Boston really feels about cupid’s holiday.
