Leasing at The Radian starts this week, but that juicy news comes with fair warning: Unless you’re stacking fat stacks like Jesse Pinkman, these units might be a tad out of your price range.

Forest City and Hudson Group North America, the developers of the 26-story, 240-unit luxury tower, announced in a press release that leasing will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, February 11. Rents will range from $3,000 to $4,000.

Located at 120 Kingston St., along the Greenway near Downtown Crossing, Radian consists of 240 studio, one-bedroom, one bedroom with flexible space and two-bedroom units, ranging from 563 to 1,082 square feet. Those apartments will cost $3,000, $3,600, $3,800, and $4,000 per month, respectively.

Radian will also feature one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses, ranging in size from 662 to 1,471 square feet. Pricing for these units, however, has yet to be determined.

The luxury units feature oversized windows, walk-in closets with built-in washers and dryers, and stainless steel kitchen appliances with built-in dishwashers. Select kitchens will have separate “islands” with a breakfast counter. Bathrooms will include large format grey tile flooring and ceramic shower and tub tiling.

The Radian was designed by Boston-based Elkus Manfredi Architects and executive architect Perkins Eastman.
