Not all of us here in Boston will be lucky enough to jet out to Austin this week for SXSW, but rest assured that the Hub will be well represented at this three-week event.

The Interactive portion of the festival kicks off on Thursday, March 7th and will run till the 11th, with a schedule packed with presentations and panels, cutting edge technology and design companies – not to mention world-class leaders. But that’s not all. If you’re headed down to Texas, you’re in store for a slew of networking events, special programs, new websites, startup ideas and video games, all of which will come together to become every techie’s dream week. And representatives from Boston will be right there in the shuffle.

Three Boston-based startups, Databox, Map-D and Sensible Baby, which were named finalists in the SXSW Accelerator pitch competition back in January, will return to Austin for their final pitch on March 8-9. After over 60 companies from across the country present their pitches, the winner will be announced March 9.

But just because you’re in stuck in snowy Massachusetts for the next week, that doesn’t mean you have be stuck out in the cold. Fortunately, the SXSW speakers with hometown ties giving presentations and participating on panels have Twitters, so you can follow along to keep updated.

Follow the handles of the speakers, as well as other innovators that hail from the Hub, in the list below:
