Get excited, Boston! Another free food truck is heading our way just in time for the Fourth of July festivities. According to an official source, the French brand, Maille, is launching its bi-coastal Maille Mustard Mobile food truck and will be serving up complimentary tastings to the public. The French food truck is the first-of-its-kind “mustard bar on wheels,” according to the source.

The Maille Mustard Mobile will roll into Cambridge’s Harvard Square next Thursday, July 3 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Diners will be able to create their own palette of Dijon mustard flavors. After 6 p.m., the truck will be serving complimentary mustard-inspired gourmet bites prepared by Chef Raymond Ost of Sandrine’s Bistro.

After stopping in Boston, Maille Mustard Mobile will head to Cape Cod, making stops in Orleans on July 5 from noon to 5 p.m. and in Dennis on July 6 from noon to 5 p.m.

And Maille is also giving away a free 3-day trip in Paris. The trip will include a food tour of the city with Champagne tastings, a stay at the Edgar hotel, and VIP shopping. All you have to do is answer 3 questions, here and share photos and tweets of the Maille Mustard Mobile truck as it moves through the Boston area.

Catch the mustard bar on wheels next week at 8 Holyoke Street in Harvard Square. You can also follow the stylishly sleek truck as it makes its way through the country on Twitter via their handle, @MailleUS, and by downloading the app at mymaille.us.
