Four times a year, the Full Moon, a Karma Crew Charters yacht, transforms into a floating boutique for the most in-the-know fashionistas on the Boston Harbor. If you’re lucky enough to catch the Full Moon’s “BOATique 4 a Week” in action, then you’ll get exclusive access to the newest seasonal styles from partner boutique Etcetera for you and a few friends. Sounds like a shopping trip from your seaside dreams, right? Well this week, it can be a reality.

Applegate shops one of the Etcetera racks aboard the Full Moon.

But act quick: Fall Week for BOATique, which began on August 7, ends this Saturday, August 16. To access the boat boutique, interested customers must make a reservation for a small group to shop aboard the Full Moon. Reservations can be made online here – just know time is running out for this week’s BOATique.

The clothing on the yacht is all provided by Etcetera, a Meredith, New Hampshire-based fashion line with styles ranging from casual, to professional, to fancy. The collection is a division of Carlisle Etcetera, and shopping the clothing is possible only through appointment and trunk shows. On the Full Moon, shoppers will be treated to help by a fashion consultant and owner Catherine Applegate.

The Full Moon is also available for different types of cruises, if a private shopping boat isn’t exactly your thing, or if you miss the deadline for reservations. The vintage yacht invites Bostonians to come aboard for bridal parties, dinners, employee outings and more. Catering and cash bars are available to accompany the excursions.

So if you want a truly unique way to shop the styles of the upcoming fall season, now’s the time; grab your closest friends, and hop aboard the Full Moon. An exclusive trunk show from Etcetera awaits.
