Located just outside of Boston, the city of Watertown happens to have some of the area’s best and most eclectic mix of restaurants. But one thing it’s never had is a food truck beer garden – until now.

Eat Boston, host of the annual Boston Bacon and Beer Festival, will be hosting Watertown’s first-ever food truck beer garden festival at The Arsenal in Watertown, according to an official source. The event dubbed FTW! Food Trucks Watertown, will take place Saturday, September 13 and will feature over 10 local food trucks and craft breweries.

Several of the participating food trucks will include Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, Stoked Wood Fired Pizza, Mei Mei Street Kitchen, and Munch Mobile Kitchen. Participating breweries will include Boulevard, Bantam, Slumbrew, Notch, Backlash and many others.

FTW! Food Trucks Watertown event will take place noon to 4 p.m on September 13 at The Arsenal in Watertown. For those of you wondering how the heck you’re going to get there, Eat Boston has you covered. The event will be running shuttles from Harvard Square to The Arsenal every 20 minutes from noon to 5 p.m.

There’s also no set cost to attend the food truck beer garden event. Attendees can choose how much they want to pay (between $2 and $10). To RSVP for the event, check out their Facebook page here.
