One of Boston’s most highly anticipated fall restaurant openings has finally arrived! Earls Kitchen and Bar opened today at 11:30 a.m. in Somerville’s Assembly Row, according to an official source. This the first Northeast location for the restaurant, which already has 65 locations in Canada and the United States.

And if you haven’t yet made plans to check it out, we recommend doing so this weekend. The Somerville location features a scratch kitchen and a very crafty craft cocktail program. The dining room includes a lounge and bar area as well as a casual dining room.

Executive Chef Tim Pennington helms the kitchen, where he’s created several signature dishes for the New England location. A release notes that Earls Kitchen “offers a global menu with modern versions of ethnic cuisine staples ranging from great appetizer selections, hand-chopped certified Angus burgers, triple A steaks and seasonally grown fresh vegetables.”

And the cocktail offerings are no less disappointing. Beverage Director Cameron Bogue has curated a program “dedicated to using only juices that are fresh squeezed in-house and handmade syrups,” notes an official source.

Take a look at some of the restaurant’s creations in the photos below. From Mad Hatter cocktails to mouth-watering burgers, this place is a must-visit this fall.

If you go, Earls Kitchen and Bar is located at #102 – 698 Assembly Row in Somerville.
