This past Tuesday, September 16, Boston welcomed award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud’s newest restaurant venture to the Mandarin Oriental. The new French-inspired bistro and wine bar, Bar Boulud, opened with much fanfare – and we can certainly see why.

The bistro serves up plenty of seasonal New England-inspired dishes, signature charcuterie, and features an impressive wine selection. Chef Aaron Chambers, who leads the restaurant’s culinary operations, has created a menu filled with traditional terrines and pâtés – as well as quite a few French bistro classics. Diners can expect a vintage-inspired interior, which includes a 55-seat bar and lounge space.

Take a look at the Bar Boulud space and offerings below. Bon Appetit!
