Yesterday, we were happy to scour the internet and find some of the best sound bites of Tom Brady mic’d up during the Patriots-Broncos game from last Sunday. You loved it, so we have more good news: More Tom Brady mic’d up.

In this latest installment, we have the standard Rob Gronkowski awe, as additional audio clips reveal Gronk’s thoughts after the game about his stupendous one-handed catch. More than that, we go inside Brady’s thoughts about the officials delaying the Patriots snapping the ball on a quick 4th down substitution, when New England tried to catch Denver off-guard late in the game.

“That is horseshit! They’re all in there,” Brady shouted at the official, who delayed the Patriots snap as part of an NFL rule that an offense must allow the defense a chance to substitute if the offense has. Brady obviously disagreed, noting again that “they” (the Broncos) were “all in there.” Even Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels seemed confused about the ref’s decision.

Brady also jokes with former Patriots cornerback Aqib Talib (now with the Broncos), right at the 5:06 mark in the video. The New England franchise quarterback doesn’t seem overly serious, since he’s smiling when lobbying the officials. Talib then counters that “you push off every time.” It definitely seems like Talib is still on okay terms with his old team, given also this respectful interaction with Gronkowski:

Perhaps the most interesting (if underrated) gem of a sound bite was Brady’s praise of newly-signed receiver Brandon LaFell. Initially an under-utilized option in the season’s opening month, LaFell has been a refreshingly productive addition over the last month.

“Way to go, 1-9,” Brady exclaims on the sideline after a second half touchdown to LaFell. “That’s what I’m talking ’bout!”
