That most Bostonians are annoyed with the ongoing snow is likely a fair assessment. There’s at least one individual, though, who’s reveling in this winter weather and he is the Boston Yeti.
You may have seen the Boston Yeti wandering around various neighborhoods, shoveling out his neighbors or simply doing Yeti things.
The Brattle Theatre in Cambridge is so appreciative of the Yeti’s neighborly help and cooperation that they offered him a free movie screening and complimentary popcorn.
Boston is looking at another 24 inches of snow, having already recorded 12, so we’re hoping to hear of more Yeti sightings as the day goes on. It appears as though the Yeti is somewhere in East Boston.
BostInno was able to get in touch with the Yeti via Twitter to ask about some photos. But when we pressed to see if he’d be making his way out of Eastie, our tweet simply received a ‘Favorite’ from him.
If you happen to catch a glimpse of this snow-loving creature in your community, do us a favor and snap a photo and tweet it to us. We’ll be doing our best to track the Yeti and let you know if he’s performing any other good, winter weather deeds.
