Like every celebration in Boston, we do Independence Day BIG! So much so, that we even start on the 3rd of July! This year join us at Ned Devine’s in Faneuil Hall, the Cradle of Liberty, for the 2nd Annual Samuel Adams Independence Bash!
Samuel Adams (the beer, not the historical figure), will take over all the taps in Ned’s and showcase their most exclusive beers. From Brewmaster’s collection to small batch brews, this might be the only time you can taste them!
Samuel Adams invades Ned Devine’s, but no one seems to mind!
Here are the 5 special craft brews Samuel Adams will be featuring at this year’s Independence Bash:
1: Verloren (Small Batch Beer): With a base of an unfiltered wheat ale, it’s vivid and refreshing yet also has a softness to it. The flavor is brought to life by an unexpected touch of salt for a mineral quality and coriander for a peppery spice, resulting in an unusual and flavorful brew.
2: Grumpy Monk Belgian IPA (Limited Release Beer): The distinctive character of Belgian yeast with spicy clove and fruit notes combined with the brazen hop character of an IPA, impart a citrusy, piney and earthy flavor that’s balanced by a roasted malt sweetness for a complex and playful brew.
3: Whitewater IPA (Brewmasters Collection): This delicious brew is a combination of two distinct styles, the white ales of Belgium and American IPAs. It is also more than just a fusion of the two, it showcases crisp wheat, bright pine, citrus flavors and hint of orange peel.
Backwoods Porter, strictly for tap takeovers!
4: Backwoods Porter (Limited Edition Draft Exclusive for Tap Takeovers): This full-bodied Porter offers a complex combination of flavors; with notes of sweet Vermont maple syrup and a distinct pecan character which are subtly complemented by Bourbon flavors such as oak and vanilla.
5: White Lantern Wit (Brewmasters Collection): This interesting white ale is a refreshing combination of crisp wheat, tangy tangerine & orange peel and the subtle spiciness of coriander and Grains of Paradise.
In addition to these exclusive brews we will also have your favorites on tap: Samuel Adams, Sam Brick Red and Sam Summer. Plus in ice cold bottles try Curious Traveler Shandy!
