1,000 Bostonians. 50 winners. One spectacular night.

Another successful 50 on Fire has come and gone. Last night, Boston’s best and brightest packed the Moakley Courthouse, burned up the dancefloor, and toasted 50 extraordinary companies and individuals setting the scene on fire. The combustible combination of inspiring people, fabulous food, open bar, and a killer after party made last night one none of us will soon forget.

The room resounded with cheers and applause when this winter’s 50 on Fire were revealed in a high-octane video created by Jamtron, featuring photos from Michael Piazza.  After thousands of nominations were culled down to 200 finalists, these incredible innovators were selected by an expert panel of judges as the best in their industry. As we mentioned last night, the competition was absolutely fierce and we wish the event was called 200 on Fire, as every finalist is setting fire to their scenes.

Stunning snapshots of the honored winners and impressive finalists glowed in photo galleries lighting the venue. The brilliant images captured by Michael Piazza will soon be available for purchase – stay tuned for more information.

There’s no event to equal 50 on Fire. No one does awards shows like us here at BostInno. Our exclusive one-night-only innovation celebration cuts out stuffy awards show pomp and keeps the party. We just wish we didn’t have to wait another year to do it all again.
