UPDATE: Dzhokhar Tsarnev Pleads Not Guilty to 30 Federal Charges. Due Back in Court on Sept. 23

On Wednesday, July 10 Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s arraignment will take place at 3:30pm ET and will be live streamed online for you to watch below. Tsarnaev stands accused of killing four and injuring 264 along with his older brother Tamerlan in dual bombings detonated near the finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon. They are also accused of murdering MIT police officer Sean Collier. You can watch the arraignment live streaming below.

Tsarnaev and older brother Tamerlan are also the primary suspects behind the killing of MIT police officer Sean Collier, after which they allegedly carjacked an SUV and engaged police in a firefight resulting in the injuring of an MBTA police officer after four days of going undetected during by authorities. During the shootout, Tamerlan was killed and Dzhokhar fled in the vehicle, running over his brother’s mangled body.

Police then set up a 20-block radius in Boston suburb Watertown as the entire metro region remained under lockdown. On the night of April 19, Tsarnaev was found in the boat where he was swiftly apprehended.

The arraignment this afternoon will be the first time Dzhokhar “Jahar” Tsarnaev has faced the public since he was found bleeding profusely while entrenched in a boat situated in the backyard of a Watertown, MA resident. He faces 30 criminal charges, including the use of weapons of mass destructions, 17 of which carry the weight of the death penalty. It is not known yet what Tsarnaev and his lawyer will opt for in terms of a plea.

The Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, MA’s Seaport District is expected to be overflowing with spectators for 19-year-old suspect’s afternoon in court. Space is being reserved for the bombing victims and their families in the main courtroom, should they choose to attend, though it is not known for sure how many will be present.

An overflow courtroom has been set aside for media personnel where the arraignment will be broadcasted for their viewing. Reporters and onlookers have been lining up for a seat in the courtroom since as early as 7:30 a.m ET this morning. Patrolling the area will be several Protective Service officers and bomb-sniffing dogs, specifically monitoring the courthouse as a precaution.
