We’ve all heard about the recently delicious (albeit unusual) partnership between Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and Campbell’s Soup to produce instant single K-Cup soups, which will include three new flavors. (Hello…Homestyle Chicken Broth & Noodle!) Starting in 2014, you can make yourself a cup of soup straight from your own Keurig machine or that one in the company kitchen.

Gimmicky? Yes. Not only are these K-Cups a faster way to heat your soup, but they also seem to be jumping on the food hybrid bandwagon, a trend that is making waves with Cronuts, french fry burgers and a host of other somewhat unappetizing foods.

With this new development, it’s only a matter of time before Keurig food K-Cups are everywhere. What could be next, you wonder? So did we.

Here are some K-Cup hopefuls we’ve got our eye on.

Quaker Oatmeal for K-Cup

Ok, in all actuality you can kind of do this already but I’m a huge proponent of Instant Oatmeal.
