The 65th Primetime Emmy Awards will take place tonight, Sunday, September 22, and nominations for the upcoming ceremony were released earlier this week. Whether or not you’re already caught up on your TV show game, you’ve still got some time, as the season premieres of some of the shows that received nominations will air this fall. Below is a list of five Emmy-nominated shows that are returning to television in upcoming weeks:

1. Homeland, Showtime, Sunday, Sept. 29 @ 9 p.m. EST

Homeland has received a total of eleven Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Lead Actor In A Drama Series (Damian Lewis as Nicholas Brody), and Outstanding Lead Actress In A Drama Series (Claire Danes as Carrie Mathison). Though the Season 3 premiere leaked earlier this month, the fact that it was downloaded hundreds of thousands of times speaks to the high level of suspense mounting until the series returns in just over a week.

2. The Big Bang Theory, CBS, Thursday, Sept. 26 @ 8 p.m. EST

Nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series as well as Outstanding Lead Actor In A Comedy Series (Jim Parsons as Sheldon Cooper) among others, The Big Bang Theory will be looking to bring home some wins this Sunday in addition to the one received on September 15. After having been nominated seven times, Bob Newhart, 84, received his first Emmy Award, Outstanding Guest Actor In A Comedy Series, for his role as Professor Proton. The series will recommence with its seventh season on Thursday of next week.

3. Glee, FOX, Thursday, Sept. 26 @ 9 p.m. EST

Following the tragic death of Cory Monteith this past summer, Glee will be continuing its fifth season this Thursday. The show has currently received nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Comedy Series (Jane Lynch as Sue Sylvester) and Outstanding Directing For A Comedy Series (Paris Barclay). Gleeks, prepare for a slew of new a cappella covers from your favorite singers, and look out for a new rendition of The Beatles.

4. Modern Family, ABC, Wednesday, Sept. 25 @ 9 p.m. EST

The Season 5 premiere of the comedy series Modern Family will air on Wednesday with a special one-hour event. The show has been nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series as well as Outstanding Directing For A Comedy Series (Gail Mancuso). ABC’s sneak peek for the season special premiere reveals that “so much will change with just one word: ‘Yes.’ But what’s the question?”

5. Parks and Recreation, NBC, Thursday, Sept. 26 @ 8 p.m. EST

Amy Poehler has been nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series for her role as Leslie Knope in the show. The Parks and Recreation crew headed to London to film the Season 6 premiere, in which Leslie Knope receives an award for her excellent work in Pawnee. Ironically, while Leslie is away, the citizens of Pawnee begin to turn against her.
