Since The Avengers made the box office its bitch back in 2012, only those lucky enough to be in attendance at Comic Con 2013 have been privy to a brief showing of its highly-anticipated sequel. Now the trailer for The Avengers: Age of Ultron has emerged over the internet and you can finally check it out below.

Back in uniform, or ripped clothing for those whose bodies are augmented to the point of busting seams — cough, Hulk, cough — is the ever-popular legion of superheroes comprised of Iron Man, The Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkere, Loki, and the gang to fight an unlikely villain “known as Ultron. The Avengers are told they are not needed any longer. But when Ultron turns against Humanity, it’s time for The Avengers to assemble yet again for their most dangerous challenge ever.”

Though the trailer doesn’t show any stunts or special effects that defy the laws of physics, or really any storyline or however-brief scene from the movie for that matter, it’s safe to say the sequel to one of the most successful films of all time will make just as big a dent as its predecessor did at the box office.

Back helming the film dually from his directors chair and writers studio is Joss Whedon who similarly wrote and directed The Avengers to the tune of a worldwide gross of $1.5 billion to date, as well as the actors behind the masks including Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, and Chris Hemsworth.

Interesting to see will be how controversial choice James Spader fares in his role as villain.

Seeing as how the poised-to-be-blockbuster already has a built in audience, returns virtually the exact same cast, boasts worldwide notoriety, and a similar — if not bigger — budget than the preceding movie’s $220,000,000, I’d say The Avengers: Age of Ultron is sitting pretty barring any setbacks.
