Have you heard the news? Glee‘s co-creator, Ryan Murphy, has confirmed that he anticipates the halls of McKinley High will go silent at the end of the show’s sixth season (which will likely air September 2014 – May 2015). No more impromptu song-and-dance numbers. No more slushies in the face. The dramedy was reportedly supposed to conclude around Lea Michele and Cory Monteith’s characters, Rachel and Finn, but Monteith’s tragic death in July will send the plot in a different direction.

So how will the show end? Who knows. But one thing’s for sure – there will be singing.
