Guys, it’s okay to admit you’re intimidated by the prospect of layering up this winter. But you need to stay warm. And there’s a way to do it without compromising your style, or worse – bulking up like the Michelin Man.

  1. Whether polo, V-neck, crew neck, or quarter-zip, start with a neutral long-sleeve shirt or sweater that hangs close to the body.
  2. Add a lightweight vest to trap warmth without adding bulk. Leave it unzipped or fasten it three-quarters of the way up.
  3. Top it all off with a tailored coat. Wear it open to show off those newly honed layering skills.

Our Learn the Art of Cold-Weather Layering Boutique opens Thursday, January 9, at 11AM ET.
