TGIF, people. We know you’re all plenty thankful that the weekend is finally upon us. In just a matter of hours, you’ll either be Happy Hour-ing it up at a nearby bar or home in your PJ’s for a shameless night-in. No judgment.

But if you do decide to venture out this weekend, you may find yourself in need of some serious late night grub. For those of you hanging around the Faneuil Hall area hitting up bad-decision bars like Ned Devines, Paddy O’s, or (my fave) Black Rose, there’s an eatery sure to satisfy your after Midnight munchies. And that’s the one and only, Saus.

Because when you’ve had a few to drink, nothing else will do but Poutine, french fries and lots of “Saus”. The Belgian-style restaurant stays open until 2 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday nights. And serves up plenty of condiments including Truffle Ketchup, Bacon Parm and Cheddar Duvel – yum.

And let’s not forget about the eatery’s Mini Chicken n’ Waffles and unbelievable beer floats. You have your choice of beer – out of Left Hand Milk Stout, Old Rasputin Imperial Russian Stout and Lindemans Peche or Framboise – along with 2 scoops of ice cream. According to Saus, last call for beer is 11:45 p.m. – so you better order these early.

Check out everything good happening after midnight and prepare yourself for some seriously great grub decisions at Saus.
