Leasing is set get underway at another Boston luxury rental tower, parked closed to the Rose Fitzgerald Greenway and the Chinatown MBTA station.

Developers Forest City Boston and Hudson Group North America, Boston.com reports, said leasing at The Radian will begin soon, and the building’s first residents will likely move in at some point this spring.

Located at 120 Kingston St., the $130 million tower stands 26 stories, holds 240 apartments, sizes ranging from studios, to one- and two- bedrooms. Most units will cost somewhere between $3,000 and $4,000 per month. Units will range from 560 to nearly 1,100 square feet.

Promising to offer the latest and greatest in high-class living, Forest City Boston Vice President Doug Arsham tells Boston.com,”Radian also serves as the gateway to the Greenway and is unique for its location within the vibrant neighborhoods of the Leather District, Downtown Crossing, and the Financial District that are drawing more and more residents, new businesses, boutique local retailers, and cool new restaurants.”

The Radian tower replaces an unoccupied six-story brick building. Based on designs by Boston’s Elkus Manfredi Architects, Perkins Eastman was chosen to fast-track the design development process and reduce the project’s budget.
