The weekend’s not over yet! Many of you are probably indulging in a little sleep and some much-deserved R&R this long weekend – and who could blame you. But given today’s better-than-usual weather, we recommend getting outside and taking full advantage of brunch on President’s Day.

Celebrate everyone from George Washington to Bill Clinton, all while chowing down on eggs and toast. While many Boston restaurants tend to stick with weekend brunch only, these eateries (below) either typically serve a Monday brunch, anyways – or they’re offering a special President’s Day brunch today. So, get to it!

The Living Room

Cozy up in this North End eatery for your President’s Day brunch. According to an official source, The Living Room will be celebrating our founding Fathers with a brunch inspired by the nation’s greatest leaders. They’ll be serving up plates inspired by American presidents’ breakfast preferences, including: George Washington’s favorite maple syrup hoe cakes, Franklin D. Roosevelt’s breakfast of corned beef hash, and George W. Bush’s favorite, huevos rancheros with avocado and black beans.

The Paramount

Head to Beacon Hill or South Boston for The Paramount’s weekday brunch. Every Monday, the brunch spot serves up breakfast starting at 7 a.m. You can choose from their wide selection of tasty pancakes, waffles and omelets.

Tremont 647

Starting at 10:30 a.m. today, Tremont 647 will be open for a pajama-style brunch on your day off. Don your PJs and indulge in Tremont 647’s house-made peanut butter and jelly PopTarts and Bloody Marys. Call (617)-266-4600 for reservations.

Trina’s Starlite Lounge

This Somerville eatery already serves a weekday brunch on Mondays. So stop by today from noon to 4 p.m. for their breakfast sandwiches, hash-browns and Golden Grahams toast. Yum.

Zaftigs Delicatessen

If you’re spending your President’s Day in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner, we recommend heading to Zaftigs. The deli serves up breakfast all day, every day – and that includes today. Starting at 8 a.m., you can have yourself potato pancakes or steak tips and eggs.

Happy President’s Day!
