In the spirit of Presidents Day, online real estate marketplace Zillow ranked the most popular streets in the United States featuring the last names of presidents, and determined which carried the highest median home value.

Overall,  Zillow analyzed homes nationwide in 35 of the country’s top metro areas., including single family residences, condos, and co-0ps.

In Boston specifically, Washington street (after George Washington, the G.O.A.T.)  is the most popular, with  more than 11,000 homes. And Polk streets are the priciest in the city, with median home values worth $514,217, almost $165,000 more than Boston metro median home values.

Throughout the United States, Washington is far and away the most popular presidential street name, with 215,279 homes on those streets. And (Calvin) Coolidge streets proved to be the most expensive streets in the country, with a median “Zestimate” of $176,330.

The most expensive presidential street in the country is (Martin) Van Buren, in San Jose, with a median home value of $2,426741
