If you love food then you know Boston has some of the best food trucks around. Not only are they a convenient alternative to the often pricey and slow-paced feel of restaurants but many are also just as tasty (if not more) than a brick-and-mortar eatery. Not to mention, totally worth waiting for in that food truck line.

And it seems Thrillist agrees. In case you missed it – the site released their list of the nation’s 21 best food trucks last week and – no surprise – one of Boston’s own didn’t go overlooked. Can you guess which one? We’ll give you a hint: cheese.

The popular Roxy’s Grilled Cheese food truck was the only Boston-area truck to make the Thrillist list, which was mostly dominated by New York (no surprise) and Chicago food trucks.

The truck was praised for its “small, fresh menu of fancified sandwiches.” Can’t say I disagree with that. There’s nothing better than a mouth-watering Green Muenster Melt, oozing with cheese and bacon for lunch (or a snack). yes, please.

Follow the truck on Twitter to find out where they are today and stay tuned for their upcoming restaurant opening in Allston (hopefully soon)!
