I don’t know about you but I’m stoked. Zo, the popular downtown take-out lunch spot, announced via poster (below) that the “Zo on the Go” food truck is set to hit the streets of Boston on April 1. It’s official, finally!

Back in November, Zo’s Facebook page unveiled the truck, exclaiming “We’re coming for you Boston!” And now it looks as though they’ll arrive just in time for springtime food truck hopping season.

The Greek takeout spot offers some of the best soups around – and I would certainly know given that I slurp them down on a daily basis (just ask my co-workers). The restaurant also serves up gyros, pitas and plenty of spanakopita to the busy young professionals who work in downtown Boston.

According to the poster, the food truck will be at the Prudential Center on Mondays, the Greenway at the Boston Harbor Hotel on Tuesday and Thursdays, and Pearl St. at Franklin St. on Fridays.

Just another reason to look forward to spring, people. Hang in there.
