Happy hours may technically be illegal in Massachusetts but that won’t stop us from imbibing on cheap drinks around 5 p.m. on a Friday. Because at the end of a long work week, there’s nothing worse than an empty glass and a hungry stomach. Fortunately, Del Frisco’s in Boston’s Seaport District is prepared to make all of your Happy Hour fantasies come true.

Last week, the steakhouse launched their series of weekly happy hours for busy Bostonians, everywhere. Every Friday afternoon through April 25, the restaurant will feature a complimentary liquor tasting and cocktail from scheduled liquor sponsors.

And to go along with the cocktails and liquor tasting, guests can enjoy bite size appetizers at the bar. Come hungry – the fare includes Tuna Tartare ($4),Mini Crab Cake ($5), Beef Satay ($4), BBQ chips ($5.50) and Cheesesteak Eggroll ($6). It doesn’t look like these little apps will break the bank anytime soon but they do look delish.
