This Easter Sunday, there’s a new brunch in town. Somerville’s Bronwyn plans to start serving up all sorts of delicious European brunch fare and breakfast cocktails starting April 20, 2014. From Schnitzel to Pig’s Head Scrapple, it promises to be one of the most unique brunches in the Boston area.

It’s Tipsy Time — Here are the Brunch Buzz Deets

When

Bronwyn will start serving brunch on April 20, 2014. The restaurant will serve brunch on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. And according to the website, both walk-ins and reservations will be accepted.

Where

Bronwyn is located in Somerville’s Union Square neighborhood at 255 Washington Street.

What

Bronwyn hasn’t even started serving brunch and I’m already a fan of everything on their Schnitzel-filled menu. Some highlights include: Haxe Hash with bier braised pork shank, fried eggs, and bratkartoffeln; Pig’s Head Scrapple with fried eggs and oat honey challah; Schnitzel and Biscuits with bratwurst gravy and soft boiled eggs; Breakfast Pierogis with emmenthaler cheese, potato dumplings and egg remoulade – and many other dishes and side brunch items.

The Brunch Buzz Drink

Bronwyn may be known for their incredible beer list but at brunch, the restaurant seems to have gotten the breakfast cocktail thing, down. The brunch menu has five amazing morning cocktails to choose from including their own version of a bloody mary, the “Blütig Mara” with tomato juice, Luksusowa vodka, Hungarian paprika and mustard. Yum! They also offer a few sparkling cocktails and even an “Alarmglocke” drink with cold brew Karma coffee, Polmos Wisniowka, Jagermeister, and Krusovice beer.

Cheers to a new brunch, coming very soon!
