Boston UpFront is in one week and tickets are going fast. Get yours now to be in the room with the city’s top influencers shaping what’s next for Boston.

On Wednesday, April 30th (that’s next week), 500+ of Boston’s brightest and most innovative minds will witness an exclusive first-screening of what’s next in the New Economy at Boston UpFront.

With the help of the amazing team at Long Haul Films we’re producing three fifteen-minute films featuring interviews with the influencers taking a hand in shaping what’s next for business, education, and infrastructure in Boston. In tandem, we’re putting some of Boston’s leading companies on display in front of an audience of marketers, executives, professionals, and students, and honoring Boston-area young alumni who are contributing to the future of Boston’s New Economy.

Here’s what you need to know about Boston UpFront:

The Main Show: Comprised of three parts, the UpFront show will provide the 360-degree view of what’s next for our formidable city.

First, Visible Measures presents Part I: The Business Leaders in the New Economy, featuring hard-hitting interviews with influencers in the venture community and some of Boston’s most successful brands. They’ll discuss how the workplace is changing and adapting, and how Boston can continue to be a global leader in the New Economy. Check out some of their interview discussion here.

Next, Northeastern University presents Part II: Educating for the New Economy. Exploring how education and the workplace are changing in light of new business, we asked some poignant questions of the UpFront interviewees. See just some of our questions here, and check out some UpFront teaser content with Len Schlesinger, Gordon Jones, and Anand Chopra-McGowan through the links.

Samuels & Associates presents Part III: Infrastructure in the New Economy, providing an over-arching view of how the city can adapt to support the changes and demands of both residence and commerce. Mayor Marty Walsh, Chief of Staff Dan Koh, MBTA CEO Beverly Scott, and others will weigh in on what’s next for public transportation, middle market housing, and Boston’s Innovation District. We’ll wrap up the show by announcing the winners of the Alumni Impact Awards. Nominations are closed, and the winners are being reviewed by a panel of judges. We’ll announce them live at Boston UpFront and honor their contributions to what’s next for Boston. Check out a few of the individuals who are in the running.
