Ever wonder what it would be like to intern for Victoria Beckham? Or, perhaps, develop shoe prototypes for FENDI? Well, thanks to The Business of Fashion website, there’s now a platform to turn those dreams into reality.

Yesterday, BoF unveiled BoF Careers, a global marketplace for fashion talent. The site – dedicated to connecting the best in the biz – will serve as virtual hub for job postings, editorial pieces, and company profiles. And it’s already partnered with some pretty impressive brands, like LVMH, Tory Burch, and Swarovski.

What’s the driving force behind this launch? Well, according to a new report by the Boston Consulting Group and BoF, half of the 60 fashion companies surveyed felt they didn’t have access to the best creative talent.

So, if you’re currently groveling at your boss’s feet (ŕ la The Devil Wears Prada), grab yourself a drink and know: there are more fashion opportunities out there. And as the saying goes, if you can dream it, you can do it – or, at least, apply on BoF.

Head on over to BoF Careers for more fashion news and moves.
