We’re not sure what stormed Boston more this week: the weather, or the carnival of FutureM events and panels. BostInno writers are covering many of the events and panels under the FutureM banner, and after these first two days there has been a strong amount of excitement and buzz around almost every one. We are very excited to join in on the action with our “Future of News” event tomorrow evening! Some have mentioned that for a few of the free events it seemed like some signed up to grab spots and didn’t show.  If you’re one of these people or can’t show for other reasons, please take a moment to contact event organizers. If they’re like us, they have a back list of a large amount of people who want to attend but aren’t able to register. So… if you signed up for the Pinyadda & BostInnovation “Future of News” panel tomorrow and can’t make it, please contact us!

We are hosting two back-to-back panels called “The Future of News: Payments, Platforms and Places.” The panels will be held tomorrow (Oct. 7) from 4pm-6pm at Microsoft N.E.R.D. in Cambridge. The event features many of the leading minds in the space who will be discussing the industry’s future:
