HubSpot continues to expand its relationship with thought leader David Meerman Scott today by officially announcing him as ‘Marketer in Residence.’ Scott is no stranger to HubSpot,  currently sitting on its advisory board. I had actually just assumed he was an employee of the Cambridge-based inbound marketing firm, since he and CEO Brian Halligan co-wrote Marketing Lessons from The Grateful Dead.

The biggest win for us marketing consumers is that we won’t have to wait until Scott publishes new books like Real Time Marketing & PR to gain his insights. Now, he will now be contributing to HubSpot’s Inb0und Marketing blog regularly and holding a weekly marketing video cast.
