We may be more than one year away from the New Hampshire Primary, but the Presidential reelection campaign is moving full steam ahead right here in Boston. Vice President Joe Biden visited Beantown Monday night to rally deep pocketed Democrats. President Obama is looking to raise a cool $ 1 billion so starting early is a must in order to achieve that goal. President Obama was in Boston two weeks ago for a visit with the Tech Boston Academy and MFA.

It has been said that no money was collected from the 100 guests at  The John Hancock Tower cocktail party in downtown Boston. The event was held in order to generate hype and rally the party among  Boston’s top Democratic fund-raisers. Governor Deval Patrick was among the guests and has pledged to campaign on behalf of Obama.

Vice President Biden has also met with Democratic elite in both Washington DC and New York in recent weeks.
