Each week here on BostInnovation we tap a set of Boston’s leading innovators who contribute articles on a topic suggested to us by the community. From advertising tech to the state of hiring in the Hub, we have had the opportunity to step inside some of Boston’s most innovative minds. This week we have invited the visionaries behind leading non-profit innovation in Boston.

The content series aligns with our teaming up with Technology Underwriting Greater Good (TUGG) and Boston Cares to host New England’s first Tech Gives Back citizenship day and after party on Thursday, June 9th. Can’t volunteer? Please still join us at the after party at the Citi Performing Arts Center (former Wang Theater). Your $25 ticket provides you with free food and drink (wine, beer and Avion – the tequila featured in popular HBO television series Entourage), live band entertainment from Will Dailey, and obviously Boston’s brightest innovators as company. All proceeds from your ticket go straight to the startup non-profits TUGG supports.

Each day during this week’s content series on BostInnovation you will hear from Boston-based non-profits focused on entrepreneurship, non-profits with innovative models, non-profits with technology at their core, organizations who serve non-profits in innovative ways, new fundraising platforms, and more. Enjoy getting to know some of the nation’s leading non-profit innovation that’s happening right here in and around the Hub. More important, we encourage you to share their stories with friends, family, colleagues and your networks – be it by word of mouth, email, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.
