Bradford Networks

Concord, New Hampshire based Bradford Networks, a network and IT security provider, has appointed Dan Haley as CEO. From the release:

Prior to joining Bradford Networks, Haley spent six years as the chief executive officer of BEZ Systems, a database analytics and management software company that was acquired by the Gomez Division of Compuware in late 2010. During his tenure at BEZ, Haley played a key role in increasing the company’s global customer base to more than 200 and raised $10 million in venture capital funding. Previously, Haley was the CEO of Astrum Software, where he reshaped the company’s product offerings and positioning in the market, directly leading to the sale of the company. In addition, Haley has held senior-level business development and financial positions at leading software, venture capital and consulting companies including Advent International, Digital Equipment Corporation, Precise Software Solutions and Xchange.”

cloudTP

Boston based Cloud Technology Partners (cloudTP), a leading provider of cloud solutions for businesses, has appointed State Street CIO Christopher (Chris) Perretta to its board of directors. Along with the appointment comes an investment in the company by State Street. From the release:

Mr. Perretta joins John Littlechild, Managing Director, Healthcare Ventures and the four cloudTP founding executives on the board.  In addition, State Street has made a minority equity investment in the company.  The additional funding will be utilized by cloudTP for working capital, intellectual property creation and to support continued rapid growth.”

Isobar

Boston based global communications agency Isobar has appointed Sara Ramsey as Managing Director of their San Francisco office. From the release:

Ramsey comes to Isobar after playing key leadership roles at T3, Publicis Modem, OgilvyOne and Wunderman. She was most recently VP, Account Management at Real Branding. Ramsey replaces Tara Moss, who will move into a new role within Aegis Media North America. Ramsey is responsible for overseeing all operations in the San Francisco office of Isobar. Her experience spans multiple industries, having counseled major brand clients such as Michelob ULTRA, Lipton Tea, Dove/Degree/Suave deodorants, Sprint, HP, Intel, Yahoo!, MSN, Nestle, Taco Bell, Wells Fargo and Peet’s Coffee & Tea. In addition to her agency experience, Ramsey led marketing programs on the client side for Williams-Sonoma’s premium brands.

WordStream

Boston based search marketing software company WordStream has recently appointed a handful of people to VP management roles. From the release:

  • Will Eisner as VP of Product — Will Eisner brings 14 years of software industry experience, including roles at Palm Inc. and Rational Software Corp., to the WordStream product development team.
  • Michael Yankovskias VP of Engineering — Michael Yankovski joins WordStream from Brainshark and offers experience in managing software design, development and testing operations.
  • Kristen Yerardi as VP of Customer Success — Kristen Yerardi joins WordStream from Molecular Inc., bringing over 15 years’ experience in managing client services teams with up to 35 employees.
  • Laura Taylor as VP of Acquisition and Experience Design — With over 15 years of experience in interactive B2B and B2C companies like Isobar and Molecular Inc., Laura Taylor is responsible for the journey a prospect takes from arriving at WordStream’s website to becoming a customer.
  • Jason O’Hare as Director of Sales — Coming to WordStream from Pictage Inc., Jason O’Hare has been building sales organizations at online software companies for more than a decade.

Yankee Group

Cambridge based Yankee Group, a leading technology market research firm, continues to expand internationally and has appointed Simon Rodd to its European sales team. From the release:

Prior to joining Yankee Group, Rodd was senior director of institutional sales at Coleman Research, an expert network services firm that helps financial institutions contact industry experts to conduct primary research for due diligence. Before Coleman, Rodd spent five years as senior director of business development for health care and life sciences at Frost & Sullivan, where he managed a 13-member sales team across the EMEA region. He has also held roles as business development manager at Thomson Dialog/Profound and sales director for Greenergy International.”
