They are looking for someone who is willing to jump in on the first day and get their feet wet. You will gain working knowledge and experience in the PR, marketing, and broadcast industry with a hands-on, professional internship.
Responsibilities:
– Support media-based projects for clients
– Prize fulfillments for high-level multi-market radio promotions
– Assist in pitch calls to radio and TV stations to book radio news releases
public service announcements, and interviews
– Database research/updating
– Participate in agency wide marketing and strategy sessions
digital media/social network research and database development.
Requirements:
– Media-savvy student with a major or minor in communications, journalism, broadcasting, marketing or public relations.
– Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and energetic.
– You must have a proven ability to fully carry out assignments and duties in a professional manner.
– Must be willing to have fun!
Knowledge in Cision, BIA, and experience with audio editing a major PLUS! Must be comfortable on the phone and participating in team brainstorm sessions.
