Named for the motorway that runs from northern Italy into southern France, guests at A10 can expect a wood-fired oven, homemade breads, handmade pastas, charcuterie, and an emphasis on canned, potted and pickled products – all at an affordable price for guests in Chicago.

Combining years of culinary experience, Matthias Merges and chef John Vermiglio are excited to breathe new life into Hyde Park, that [unfortunately] lacks a healthy dining and nightlife scene. The expected opening date for A10 is mid-October.
