This weekend is jam-packed full of summer activities that we recommend you get in on. We’re already nearing the end of July, and sooner than you know it, it’s going to be August. Now that’s a scary thought.

Anyway, here’s how to make the most of this weekend in Boston. From the Revere Beach Sand Sculpting Festival to the Drink Craft Beer Summerfest, we guarantee you’ll be entertained, one way or another .

Friday

Soulshine Yoga and Music Festival – 3:30 p.m. – Blue Hills Bank Pavilion – Like yoga and live music? Then head to the Soulshine Festival, presented by Life is good, this Friday where the two will come together with group namaste and Michael Franti and Spearhead. Tickets start at $30.

Pay What You Can Boston Pub Crawl – 6 p.m. – Solas – Unlike most pub crawls, this one doesn’t charge a cover fee just to attend; all you have to do is pay what you drink. Join other Boston socialites for a night of bar hopping in Copley Square, beginning at Solas at 6 p.m. and ending at King’s Bowling.

Donna Summer Roller Disco Tribute Party – 6 to 10 p.m. – City Hall Plaza – Join the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture, Together Boston and many more in City Hall Plaza this Friday night for a roller disco party in honor of the legendary Donna Summer. There will be a dance/skate floor by Dance Spot Boston, music by DJ Kon and Friends and appearances by Boston’s famous drag queens channeling the style of Summer. The event is free to attend, and you can either bring your own skates or rent them on site.

Drink Craft Beer Summerfest – July 18 and 19 – Space 57 at the Revere Hotel – Drink Craft Beer Summerfest: A Celebration of Farmhouse Ale bring over 90 farmhouse ales and saisons from 25 breweries into one weekend. Tickets are still available for each three sessions with one on Friday night and two on Saturday. Tickets are $50 for each session.

ArtBeat 2014 – July 18 and 19 – Davis Square – Presented by the Somerville Arts Council, ArtBeat brings artists and art lovers together for one weekend festival. There will be musicians, dancers, craft vendors and food, all participating in this year’s theme, Hatch. The festival is free to attend.

Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival – July 18-20 – Revere Beach – The 11th annual Revere Beach Sand Sculpting Festival returns this weekend at the beach with the theme “Stars and Stripes: A Tribute to Our Nation’s Heroes.” Come watch the pros sculpt masterpieces out of sand, with a fireworks show on Sunday night to finish. Winners will be announced on Saturday at 6 p.m. Free to attend.

Saturday

Jamaica Plain Porchfest – 12 to 4 p.m. – Jamaica Plain Porches – Taking after the Somerville tradition, Jamaica Plain is hosting its own Porchfest, an afternoon of live music sprinkled about the town on different residents’ porches. There will be about 60 bands performing throughout the day, followed by an after party at the Milky Way from 5 to 9 p.m.

A Bottle of Red, A Bottle of White Wine Tasting – 1 to 5 p.m. – Wine ConneXtion – Head to Wine ConneXtion in North Andover for a complimentary wine tasting of unique red and white blends.

Boat Cruise Summer Series Presents: Bro Safari – 6 p.m. – Bay State Cruise Company – Soak up summer on a Boston Harbor Cruise this Saturday, with this Boat Cruise Summer Series Bro Safari themed trip. There will be dancing, a cash bar and more on the open seas. The boat leaves at 6 p.m. and tickets are $45.

Sunday

Outdoor Donation Hatha Yoga – 9 a.m. – Arnold Arboretum – Start your Sunday with donation-based Hatha Yoga at the Arnold Arboretum with Branching Out Yoga. The classes will be held by the Dawson Pond every first and third Sunday of the month and are donation only for all levels.
