What can make this sunny Friday even sweeter? Ice cream, naturally. But as you gaze out the window and wait for the clock to strike 5 p.m., it’s unlikely you’ll fit a trip to Ben and Jerry’s into the day. But does that mean you have to last until tonight without everyone’s favorite frozen treat? Thanks to Uber, of course not.

Today, June 18, Uber is bringing back their on-demand ice cream delivery for the third year in a row. Once your sweet tooth kicks in, don’t even bother getting up from your desk. Starting at 11 a.m. today and ending at 5 p.m., just tap the Uber app on your phone, where you’ll find a new (and temporary) “ice cream” tab. From there, just request a driver to deliver frosty desserts to wherever you are, and depending on ability, they’ll be on their way in minutes. The Uber blog post doesn’t specify what kind of treats they’ll be delivering.

And don’t worry about having cash on hand – the Uber ice cream delivery will be charged to your existing Uber account. Keep in mind that demand will be high, so drivers may not always be immediately available.

Once you get your sweet treats, tweet or share a photo on Instagram with the hashtag #UberIceCream to be part of the conversation worldwide – the Uber ice cream deliver day will be happening in 38 cities in 144 countries on 6 continents.
