Today, July 24, is National Tequila Day, meaning you have bonafide reason to ditch your yoga mat and instead head to your favorite bar for the drink of the hour. It’s only Thursday though, so contain yourself, or tomorrow will be a Summer Friday.

But since this is a special occasion, you don’t want to head to any old bar or pub for your tequila fix. We rounded up the restaurants specializing in spiked drinks today in honor of National Tequila Day, because unlike you, they knew this holiday was coming. Whether you’re sipping a tequila flight in Somerville or heading to the newly opened Besito in the ‘burbs, we recommend you celebrate this day properly (and responsibly, because tequila).
