Hey look, the sun came out. Now that while you might have stopped dreaming about crawling back under the covers (JK), we have some alternate suggestions should that second wind strike. From a Charlie Chaplin move night, to a pig pickin’ party with the works, here’s what’s going on this week in Boston.

Monday

Rhum Clement Tiki Night – 11 p.m. – Wink & Nod – Wink & Nod’s Tiki Night series continues this Monday with a special guest. Inspired Beverages Inc.’s Corey Bunnewith is offering a special drink experience as guests will get to sip tiki cocktails and chat with the industry veteran. Tiki drinks will be served starting at 11 p.m.

13th Annual Pig Pickin’ Party and Benefit for the Somerville Homeless Coalition – 5 to 9 p.m. – Redbones – Join Redbones in Somerville for a pulled pork feast complete with slaw, corn, beans, veggie kabobs, wine and beer and more in their outdoor beer garden. Live music will start at 5 p.m. and the event is free to attend.

Outdoor Movie Night – 8:30 p.m. – Aeronaut Brewing Company – Aeronaut Brewing Company is hosting an outdoor movie night starring Charlie Chapli. Head to their Somerville space for the showing. Reservations are available on Eventbrite; free to attend.

Tuesday

A Dining Tour of Boston’s Seaport – 6 to 9 p.m. – BCAE –  Join BCAE and Yankee Magazine’s Food and Wine Editor Amy Traverso on a tasty tour of four Seaport restaurants: Sam’s, Row 34, Tavern Road and Pastoral. Get a behind the scenes experience as well as a progressive dining taste at the event.

African Cooking: Ethiopia and Beyond – 6 to 9 p.m. – BCAE – Chef Diane Manteca will teach students the basics of cooking Ethiopian and more African food at this exotic cooking class. All guests will prepare their own meal and leave with the Berbere spice mix to use it home.

Wednesday

2nd Annual Comic Con Costume Contest –  11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Faneuil Hall – Comic Con heads to Boston on August 8, and Faneuil Hall is getting the buzz going on with the Second Annual Comic Con Costume Contest. Decked out costumed fans will join a parade in the marketplace before prizes are awarded.

Boston Grown Ups Museum – 6 to 9 p.m. – Boston Children’s Museum – The Boston Children’s Museum will go children-free this Wednesday night with all of the exhibits open for adults only, plus plenty of wine and beer. Tickets are still available and are $25 each.

Reggae Legends Tribute – 8 p.m. – Beat Hotel – Head to the Beat Hotel in Harvard Square for an evening of live music dedicated to the reggae greats: Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Jimmy Cliff. Music will begin at 8 p.m.

Thursday

Cocktails on the Farm – 6 to 8 p.m. – Waltham Fields – Cut out of the city for a night and head to Waltham Fields for a cocktail party on the farm with Mass Farmers Markets and Waltham Fields Community Farm. Locally sourced food and drink will be served alongside live music and tours of the farm. Tickets are $30.

A Film About Coffee Premiere – 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. – Kendall Square Cinema – Like coffee? We’ll assume yes. Get the first viewing of “A Film About Coffee” at Kendall Square Cinema this Thursday as well as a Q&A with the director. George Howell Coffee will be served. Tickets are $15.
