When it comes to mastering the art of French cooking, there’s no one more renowned than Julia Child, herself. The famous chef and TV personality made her mark on the culinary world and her cookbooks will most certainly never go out of fashion. In honor of (what would be) Julia Child’s 102nd birthday on August 15, The Blue Room is hosting a brunch every Sunday this month honoring her legacy. And considering Julia’s love for food and cooking, we’re certain she would be first in line for this French fare-filled brunch. Here are the deets:

When

The Julia Child brunch at The Blue Room will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Sunday in August.

Where

The Blue Room is located at 1 Kendall Square in Cambridge.

What

According to an official source, The Julia Child brunch will include beloved dishes from her cookbook, Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Diners can expect dishes such as Oeufs en Cocotte, Galettes au Fromage, Boeuf a la Bourguignonne, Tomates ŕ la Provençale and more. The Blue Room has plenty of Julia Child-worthy breakfast drinks. We recommend ordering the spicy bloody mary or an Italian mimosa.
