How do you like your whiskey? Whether you prefer it neat, on the rocks or with a splash of coke, we’re certain that this fall you’ll be drinking plenty of it.

That’s because one of the best whiskey bars in the country wants to show you how. Davis Square’s Saloon will be hosting monthly whiskey tasting classes for both beginners and expert whiskey drinkers. And it all starts with Whiskey 101 next Tuesday, September 16.

Tuesday, September 16: Whiskey 101: Bourbon, Rye, Irish & Scotch – For the whiskey rookie and lovers alike, learn the intricacies of each specific type of whiskey. Grab your tickets here.

Tuesday, October 21: Asian Whiskey – Taste test through the history of Asian Whiskey, dating back to the art of sake making in the 1700s all the way to the great distillers of today. Grab your tickets here.

Tuesday, December 16th: Irish Whiskey –  Learn and taste the craft of Irish whiskey, just in time for holiday gatherings. Grab your tickets here.

All classes are led by Saloon’s Beverage Director, Manny Gonzales. Tickets are $35 for each class.
