Calling all food enthusiasts! The third annual Let’s Talk About Food Festival is returning to Boston’s Copley Square this weekend (September 26-27) with an impressive lineup of celebrity and local chefs, scientists, academics and more.

According to a release, the festival will feature “discussions with local and renowned experts on issues from sustainability to GMOs, live interactive cooking demonstrations, kid-friendly activities and healthy food sampling.”

The event kicks off this Friday, September 26 with a National Food Policy Scorecard rally dubbed “Vote with Your Fork,” an effort by Food Policy Action to encourage voting on food issues. Speakers at the event will include Michel Nischan, President and Founder of the Wholesome Wave and a James Beard award-winning restaurateur; Ken Cook, President, Environmental Working Group; U.S. Representative Chellie Pingree (ME-01) and Linda Pizzuti Henry

Top Chef Judge Tom Colicchio also spoke to raise awareness and to encourage people to attend this weekend’s “Vote with Your Fork” rally (below).
