Somewhere along the way, pumpkin craze took off , and we’ve hit an all time high of over-pumpkin-saturation. With the Starbuck’s Pumpkin Spice Latté at the epicenter of the hype, pumpkin flavor has been inserted into our lives everywhere we turn. It’s almost too much for some to handle.

If you feel fatigued by the pumpkin era we’re living in, prepare to be refreshed. Liquid Art House, the recently opened gallery-restaurant hybrid in Back Bay, is currently the home of the most unique spin on pumpkin season we’ve seen yet. Local South End artist and glass-blower Luke Adams has crafted a custom glass-blown pumpkin patch for the restaurant, with glass pumpkins available for purchase between $80 and $100.

All of the pumpkins are handmade by Adams, a MassArt graduate who owns and operates the Luke Adams Glass Blowing Studio just outside of Boston. Adams also hosts workshops for people who want to try their hand at glassblowing themselves.

And for those who still want a taste of pumpkin as they browse the glass-blown patch, Liquid Art House is offering a seasonal cocktail called the Crop Spiced Pumpkin Vodka, made with Crop pumpkin, lemon, Bénédictine, honey and bitters. It’s not on the menu, so you’ll have to ask for it by name.
