MIT Celebrates 100th Anniversary of AeroAstro Department with Centennial Symposium  — Wednesday marks the start of a three-day symposium to honor the 100th anniversary of MIT’s Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Guests include Buzz Aldrin, Michael Collins, Elon Musk and James Lovell, each of which will be attending as panel speakers. Register here.

Modern Marketing Mashup — Come hear marketing analysts discuss the “marketing cloud” as a catalyst for merging creativity, operations and business impact. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased here.

Help RunKeeper Send Off Simon —  Doncaster, England native Simon Wheatcroft, a legally blind ultramarathoner, will be running from Boston to New York City before participating in the NYC Marathon. On Wednesday, fitness app RunKeeper will be sending him off in style, with drinks and snacks, before guests get the opportunity to here from Wheatcroft himself, who’s 2oo-plus-mile journey starts Thursday. Google for Entrepreneurs — Google Cambridge is hosting a community meetup as part of the Third Annual Google for Entrepreneurs Week. The night will be filled with guest speakers and breakout sessions, allowing for local entrepreneurs to collaborate and get schooled on various tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords and YouTube. 2014 Finance Conference at Harvard Business School — Harvard Business School’s Finance Club is hosting its annual Finance Conference, this year’s focused on “Finance in the New Era of Growth.” Keynote speakers include: Douglas Braunstein, vice chairman at JPMorgan Chase & Co.; Steven Goulart, executive vice president and chief investment officer at MetLife; and Roger Altman, founder and executive chairman at Evercore.
